Survival Kits
Each box brings custom curated lifestyle items that will promote self-care and awareness. Additionally, a developmental fabrication project will be included.
Virtual Modules
Together we will unpack the survival kit and complete the fabrication project. The experience will also include special guests, group discussions, and challenges that will take you on an exploration of your heart and mind.

By integrating faith-based principles with practical experiences, the program seeks to empower participants to develop a resilient and meaningful relationship with God.

Our survival kits are designed to help promote increased self love, ensure greater mindfulness, and develop an important life skill. Each box has been carefully curated with our LYFers in mind, and will focus upon a specific theme! Inclusive of a fabrication activity, the box will also contain intentional items that will enhance our collective experience. YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!
